I am at home now! I’m feeling so much better, my knee is obviously still very sore but I can get around on crutches and am not feeling any nausea! Have been doing some very light physio exercises and have managed to keep all my food down
Wanted to let you know that I have updated my previous post with some pictures, nothing too gruesome, but nonetheless interesting, I think.

i hate crutches, at least the part where u start getting used to them. Under the arms, ouch!!! so glad you are starting to heal!!!
These crutches don’t go under the arms, thank god! they are this type: http://pjatt82.blogspot.co.uk/2011/02/kryckor-och-hoglage.html but have heard that after a while they hurt the part between your thumb and index finger….hopefully I should be fine without them after 2 weeks
oh that is good you do not have to suffer from those old fashioned types. get better real quick!!!!
glad to hear you are doing better! Crutches are so annoying though, I remember my hands being super sore… Not trying to scare you I swear
I can only use them for a few minutes at a time so don’t think I’ll manage to get them sore. And I’m also mot meant to swing on them like you do when you have a broken leg/foot. Just need to lean on them and put as much weight on the bad leg as possible…
