I am having a rare moment off today! So I thought I’d update this space quickly with some pictures from my instagram! Please follow me @morningtear88
1. I’ve been doing some cycling on my turbo trainer! 20min is what my knee can take at the moment, but I am slowly becoming able to cycle for longer. 2. An apple I had as a snack at work!
3. My yoga mat after a one hour yoga session. I was too dead to take a picture of myself! 4. My lunch one Saturday!
5. A hotpot for dinner one evening, with courgettes, carrots, mushrooms, lean lamb and of course potatoes! So good! 6. My run today! First time I’ve gone for a proper run after my knee operation, did 3K and it felt pretty ok
