I’m Maria and at the moment I’m a Trainee ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) Tutor at a school for children with complex autism. I have recently finished a masters in Child Studies at King’s College London and also have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Child Development. One day I hope to become an Educational Psychologist. My life basically orbits around children with special educational needs such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and so on.
What I write about
Things that come to my mind. Sports and exercise. Psychology. Special Educational Needs. Food; cooking and baking. Clothes.
Why I blog
I have blogged on and off on different sites since September 2007, I started it because I moved far away from my family and friends who wanted a good way to keep in touch with me and to know what I was up to each and every day. Since then I’ve developed a love for blogging and usually write at least once a day. I love it because I can go back and see what happened years ago, share my experience with a wide audience and inspire people!

Hi, nice blog. It seems a lot of Swedish girls have their own blog, an interesting pattern.
I have a few Swedish friends and visit them in Stockholm regularly, and would greatly like to meet some in London, particularly single Swedish girls. I am somewhat enamoured by Swedish culture, and yes wish to learn the language at some point! If you would be willing to introduce me I’d be hugely appreciative! (Yes I realise this isn’t very Swedish lol)

Having a blog is very popular in Sweden, due to the huge success of people like Isabella “BlondinBella” Lowengrip and others. I have to say, as it also says in my ‘About me’-section, that I am not single, nor do I know any other single Swedish girls in London… So I’m not too sure what I would be able to do for you.
